Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. Effective August 2026.
Our Approach
We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working target. In practice that means we check color contrast, keyboard access, focus visibility, heading structure, image alternative text, and that the site remains readable when text is enlarged or the layout is narrowed.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one time exercise. We review pages as we add or change them, and we treat an accessibility defect the same way we treat any other defect. We do not claim the site is free of accessibility problems, and we would rather hear about one than not.
Content We Do Not Control
Some material reached from this site is produced or hosted by third parties, such as a patient portal or a billing service. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but if one of them is creating a barrier for you, tell us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do and raise it with the vendor.
Getting Help or Requesting Another Format
If any part of this website, or any document or form we provide, is difficult for you to use, contact the practice by phone and we will assist you directly. We can provide information in an alternative format and can complete by phone or in person anything the website would normally handle.
Telling Us About a Problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier here, please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if any. That detail is what lets us reproduce and fix the specific problem rather than guess at it.
